We use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send marketing, advertising and promotional communications by email, text message or postal mail, and to show you online advertisements for products or services on the Services or other websites, including based on items you previously have purchased or added to your cart and other activity on the Services. When we first use your personal data for direct marketing, we will inform you of the purposes and the classes of data used, and you may opt out at any time, free of charge, by using the unsubscribe option in our messages or by contacting us at the details below. We do not transfer your personal data to any other person for use in that person's direct marketing, and we do not sell or rent your personal data for reward, without your express consent, as required by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Our classes are for young children, and we therefore collect personal information about child participants through their parents or legal guardians rather than directly from children. A child's information (such as their name, age or date of birth, and any health, allergy or care details provided at booking) is supplied by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts this Privacy Policy on the child's behalf, and is used only to provide and administer the class the child is enrolled in.

Parents and legal guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's personal information by contacting us using the details below. If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child without parental involvement, we will delete it.

Security and Retention of Your Information

Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." In addition, any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us.
